Karl did an excellent job. He is professional and polite. He listened to our requests and specification. We agreed a quote for a total refit of a new Second Nature kitchen. Karl worked hard and kept mess to a minimum, always tidy on leaving.

His workmanship is excellent and he pays attention to detail. This has even been noted by other workmen ie. plasterer, painter!

We are extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend Karl. Thanks v much!

I saw the advert for KITCHEN MAKEOVER in my free local paper so I rang for a quote. Karl came out to measure up, he was very prompt, he showed me a vast range of designs from very modern and sleek to Traditional but up to date.

I chose my kitchen, ordered it and made arrangements for Karl to fit it which he did and every time he said he was coming he arrived on time. I noticed Karl was very precise when fitting various pieces and any mess he made he cleaned up before he went away and disposed of my old kitchen doors and rubbish.

As I kept my original carcasses and had new doors, worktops and fittings it was done with minimal upheaval and I am delighted with my new kitchen and also with the price.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you for the kitchen you have given me. The unit doors are just what I wanted and look fab.

The workmanship is superb I could not have asked for more and you did just as I asked nothing was a trouble to you.

I would have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and family and I have already spoken to my work colleagues who are looking forward to seeing my photographs, which I will be taking as soon as I get the kitchen tiled.

Perhaps you could recommend a tiler who’s work is as good as yours is.

The fact that I called you from an advert without any recommendation at all turned out good for me.

Karl, the fact that you were not pushy when you called to see me was one of the reasons I decided to take a chance on you, glad I did. Karl with the increase in your workload I ask you never to change from the way you are today, a nice person and from someone who lives on her own I felt that you were kind, considerate and most of all NOT PUSHY.

I look forward to you coming to put new doors onto my wardrobes in the near future.
