I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you for the kitchen you have given me. The unit doors are just what I wanted and look fab.
The workmanship is superb I could not have asked for more and you did just as I asked nothing was a trouble to you.
I would have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and family and I have already spoken to my work colleagues who are looking forward to seeing my photographs, which I will be taking as soon as I get the kitchen tiled.
Perhaps you could recommend a tiler who’s work is as good as yours is.
The fact that I called you from an advert without any recommendation at all turned out good for me.
Karl, the fact that you were not pushy when you called to see me was one of the reasons I decided to take a chance on you, glad I did. Karl with the increase in your workload I ask you never to change from the way you are today, a nice person and from someone who lives on her own I felt that you were kind, considerate and most of all NOT PUSHY.
